We set our prices at the lowest allowable prices by our vendors, and offer personalization services at VERY reasonable prices. For items that require embroidery/monogramming, turn-around time is usually 7-10 business days unless otherwise stated. We do our best to get items shipped as quickly as possible. For the stamps/embossers, orders usually ship in less than 10 days. Some of our products are made-to-order, so the turn-around time may be longer. Please be sure to read the product descriptions thoroughly, as we will note the estimated delivery time on custom items. In all instances, if any problems arise with production, we will notify you immediately. How often do you get in new inventory? TOP
We are always adding new items to our inventory, so be sure to check back frequently! What methods of Payment do you accept? TOP
We accept the major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, through PayPal. We also accept payments through PayPal accounts.
You DO NOT need to have a PayPal account to purchase from us! Simply look for the credit card logos on the PayPal check out page, and click the continue button that is located next to/above this logo. You will then proceed to complete the transaction by submitting your payment information, and follow the procedure to return back to My Little Sunshine.
PLEASE make sure that you complete the transaction and return back to our website. If you do not follow through and return to My Little Sunshine, we WILL NOT receive your order!
What is your return policy? TOP
First and foremost, your satisfaction is our goal. We do not accept returns on personalized items, unless there is a mistake that we have made on our end. Sorry, but we are not responsible for any “typos” that have occurred during the ordering process. If there are any problems regarding the quality of the items purchased, please contact us immediately, in order for the problem to be resolved. Do you offer monogramming services outside of your internet sales? TOP
Why, yes we do! If you are local and would like to have something personalized, we would be happy to do it! Just send us an email with the details, and we will make arrangements to get it done for you! What are your shipping policies? TOP We offer a flat shipping rate of $6.00!!! No matter what you order, shipping is $6.00!!! We primarily use USPS First Class and Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Insurance is available for an additional charge of $1.65. If you order several items, please be advised that due to the custom nature of some personalized items, you may receive your order in separate shipments. Be sure to check item descriptions for details regarding personalization and estimated turn-around times. Do you charge Sales Tax? TOP We do collect a 4% sales tax on any item shipped within the state of Louisiana. |
